Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of SkillCDN (https://skillcdn.ai, the "Service"), operated by KDX Labs Corp. ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

  1. The Service finds and indexes agent skills and files published in public GitHub repositories, and serves them to people and AI agents through web pages, a REST API and MCP endpoints.
  2. The Service is free and needs no account.
  3. The originals stay in their repositories. We read and index what a repository publishes and keep copies only to serve them.

2. Repository content

  1. Repository content belongs to its authors and is subject to the licenses it carries. Where a license allows it, the Service passes the content on; where it does not, the Service only describes the content, with a link to its source.
  2. We do not review or vouch for content outside our verified list. Answers from repositories that are not verified carry a provenance notice.
  3. You are responsible for checking content and its license before you use it, and for what your AI agents do based on it.
  4. Repository content is not an instruction or a statement from us.

3. Acceptable use

You must not do any of the following. If you do, we may limit or block the requests concerned or your use of the Service.

  1. Circumvent rate limits, overload the Service, or interfere with its operation.
  2. Access administrative functions without permission or exploit security vulnerabilities. If you find a vulnerability, please report it privately as our security policy describes.
  3. Use the Service to break the law or to infringe the rights of others.
  4. Suggest an affiliation with us or the Service that does not exist.

4. Removal requests

  1. Repository owners and rights holders can ask us to remove content by writing to hi@skillcdn.ai. Please include the repository's address, your rights in it, and the reason for the request.
  2. After reviewing a request, we may block the repository and delete the copies and the index we keep. A blocked repository answers as if it did not exist.
  3. We may block content that we suspect infringes rights or breaks the law without a request.

5. Software and trademarks

  1. The software behind the Service is published at github.com/skillcdn/skillcdn under the FSL-1.1-ALv2 license. Its use is governed by that license, not by these terms.
  2. "SkillCDN" and its logos are our trademarks, and these terms grant no right to use them. What is allowed is set out in our trademark policy.

6. Changes to the Service

  1. We may change or discontinue all or part of the Service. We will announce significant changes or a discontinuation on the Service in advance where we can.
  2. The Service is provided free of charge, without any commitment to availability or response times.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

  1. The Service and repository content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
  2. We are not liable for third-party repository content, for the results of your or your AI agents' use of content, or for losses caused by changes to or the discontinuation of the Service. This does not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

8. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

  1. We may change these terms. We post the changes and their effective date on this page at least 7 days before they take effect, or at least 30 days before for changes that are unfavorable to you.
  2. If you do not agree to the changed terms, you may stop using the Service. Using the Service after the effective date means you accept the changed terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes relating to the Service are resolved by the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.

11. Language

These terms are available in Korean and English. If the two versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
