Skilldesign/skills/html-deck-from-outline
html-deck-from-outline
Drafts a slide deck as an HTML file and a PDF from notes, a meeting plan or a content outline, for a designer to polish a finished structure. Use when a user asks for a draft deck, presentation or slides from notes or a meeting plan, or wants slides in HTML or PDF rather than in a design tool. Slides added inside an existing Figma deck in its design are figma-slides-from-content, not this skill. Turns the outline into one deck file in which every slide is a type and a list of blocks (a statement beside a definition list, numbered rows, a loop, a Gantt-style schedule, a system diagram with a process strip, brand panels with real logos, team profiles), renders it to self-contained HTML at a fixed 16:9 page size in the organization's own tokens, prints it to PDF with a Chromium-family browser, checks the wording against the declared house style, and reviews a contact sheet of every page before delivery. Structure from type, rules and real marks, with no icon card grids.

Skilloperations/skills/html-meeting-minutes-from-notes
html-meeting-minutes-from-notes
Writes the minutes of a client meeting as one HTML file and an A4 PDF from the notes a person brings back (what was decided, what is still to be confirmed, who does what by when, the next meeting), for sending the same day. Use when a user asks for meeting minutes, a meeting record, a 회의록 or a write-up of a meeting to send to a client or a partner, or wants minutes as a PDF rather than in a document tool. Sorts the notes into decisions, questions and answers, items to confirm and actions, keeps what was said for the organization's own ears out, writes one minutes file (JSON), renders it in grayscale with the client's logo first, checks the wording against the declared house style, prints the PDF with a Chromium-family browser, looks at the render, and delivers the HTML and the PDF into the client's folder with what to confirm before sending. Plain prose, with no account of intentions or of how a decision was reached. Slides from the same meeting are html-deck-from-outline, not this skill.

Skillskills/sales-enablement
sales-enablement
When the user wants to create sales collateral, pitch decks, one-pagers, objection handling docs, or demo scripts. Also use when the user mentions 'sales deck,' 'pitch deck,' 'one-pager,' 'leave-behind,' 'objection handling,' 'deal-specific ROI analysis,' 'demo script,' 'talk track,' 'sales playbook,' 'proposal template,' 'buyer persona card,' 'battle card,' 'battlecard,' 'competitive one-pager,' 'win-loss analysis,' 'why are we losing deals,' 'loss reasons,' 'how do I respond to this objection,' 'prospect just said,' 'help my sales team,' 'sales materials,' or 'what should I give my sales reps,' 'cold call script,' or 'voicemail script.' Use this for any document or asset that helps a sales team close deals. For public competitor comparison pages, see competitors. For running buyer interviews or churn research, see customer-research. For marketing website copy, see copywriting. For cold outreach emails, see cold-email. For the offer being sold (bonuses, guarantees, pricing structure), see offers.

Skilldesign/skills/html-design-variations
html-design-variations
Shows four looks for one design (a page's first screen, a deck's cover, a card news format) as HTML rendered in a browser and tiled on one contact sheet, from a reference, a concept or the thing as it is. Use when a user says "show me four looks for this", "give me design directions for this page", "variations of this cover", "how else could this deck look", "like this account's card news but different", "a card news format of our own", or wants looks before a page, a deck or a post is built. Reads the reference's aesthetics for what the look must say, places candidates on the design axes a still can show (palette, type, composition, imagery, shape), near or far as the request asks, renders each, judges each for the AI feel (icon card grids, gradients, mockups, kickers) before anything is shown, compares them with a recommendation and a runner-up, and hands the pick to the skill that produces (for card news, as a format spec). The concept behind a look is web-concept-variations. Nothing is spent.

Skillskills/slide-deck
slide-deck
When you want to draft, update, convert, or export a slide deck for a React/Next.js slide system (${SLIDE_DECK_REPO:-$HOME/code/your-slide-deck-site}/src/app/slides/). Writes TypeScript Slide[] arrays using your primitives (Eyebrow, Heading, Accent, Body, BulletList, Divider, TwoCol, GradientText), 12 cycling brand gradients, optional sections for "where am I" context, and speaker notes. Inspired by zarazhangrui/frontend-slides — "show, don't tell" for narrative (presents 3 angles, you pick) plus density modes (speaker-led vs reading-first). Four modes — new (draft from brief), update (modify existing, with overflow guards), ppt (convert legacy PPTX → React deck), export (Playwright snapshot existing React deck to standalone HTML, PDF, or Vercel URL — keeps brand). Triggers on "/slide-deck," "/slides new," "/slides export," "/slides update," "/slides ppt," "draft a deck," "deck for [topic]," "talk on [topic]," "keynote on [topic]," "internal deck for [audience]," "convert this pptx," "export this deck."

Skilldesign/skills/figma-slides-from-content
figma-slides-from-content
Moves a document (a proposal, a report, any PDF) into an existing Figma Slides deck as new slides, one per page, built in the deck's own design system rather than a generic one. Use when a user says "put this PDF into this deck", "move this proposal into Figma as it is", "make slides from this document in the style of this deck", or asks for a deck's slides to be tidied to one scale and spacing. A deck from scratch with nothing to match is Figma's own slides guidance, not this skill. Reads the document's text with its sizes and positions and its images, measures the deck's existing slides for the type scale, colors, margins, bullet marks, cards and shadows, plans one slide per page with a layout type, builds them through the Figma MCP server, and checks every slide by numbers and zoomed renders so that alignments hold on the glyphs and every element of one role is identical across slides.

Skillskills/pptx
pptx
Use this skill any time a .pptx or .potx file is involved in any way — as input, output, or both. This includes: creating slide decks, pitch decks, or presentations; reading, parsing, or extracting text from any .pptx or .potx file (even if the extracted content will be used elsewhere, like in an email or summary); editing, modifying, or updating existing presentations; combining or splitting slide files; working with templates (.potx), layouts, speaker notes, or comments. Trigger whenever the user mentions "deck," "slides," "presentation," or references a .pptx or .potx filename, regardless of what they plan to do with the content afterward. If a .pptx or .potx file needs to be opened, created, or touched, use this skill.

Skillproduct/skills/web-concept-variations
web-concept-variations
Shows four to six concept directions that get a reference's effect by other means, for a product, a post, a page, a deck or a campaign, from a reference the user gives or one found among what is working now. Use when a user says "show me five different ways to get this effect", "give me concept directions for this", "alternatives to this idea that still work the same way", "variations on this reference", or wants directions before a post, a deck, a page or an ad is made. Reads the reference for its intent, effect, aesthetics, fun, expected effect and the prior knowledge it rests on, finds other references that get the same effect on the open web, places candidates on the axes a concept can move on with one near and one far, judges each for the AI feel before it is shown, compares them on one sheet with a recommendation and a runner-up, and hands the pick to the skill that produces. The look of a direction is html-design-variations. Nothing is spent.
