Skills html-card-news-from-brief Builds an Instagram card news carousel from a sourced topic brief in a format spec's format, as HTML rendered to PNG; with no spec and no brief, it asks for the reference, offers the routes to a format with the reference varied first, and runs the research on the topic. Use when a user says "make the card news and show it here", "make a card news post about this", "build the finished post from this", or has a format spec and a brief and wants the slides. The brief comes from web-card-news-topic-brief, the spec from instagram-card-news-format-study (measured) or html-design-variations (designed). Every slide is one of the spec's slide types, chosen by what it carries and sequenced as the spec's build runs; the skill has no layouts of its own. Writes one thread from the published angle at the format's density and register, places the brief's images with their credits, previews, exports and reviews every slide at phone size, and delivers the PNGs, the caption and the credits with a pre-publish checklist.
