Skills building-a-plugin Writes a plugin of the SkillCDN Console: one npm package that adds a feature of an organization's work (leave, customers, money) to a console, under its rule that people decide and agents work. The feature is split into commands and queries an agent runs, decisions and tasks people answer on a board project, hooks and jobs the console runs itself, and pages people see; written from console-plugin init, kept in records or a schema of its own, run on a local console, tested and checked as a console would, published or tagged, and handed to the deployment.
